I've always felt that it is far too difficult for most voters to determine a candidates exact stand on many of the core, common issues that they would be involved with if elected. Make Candidates personally responsible for campaign debt.

Right now if someone were to run for office they have to form a campaign committee. The committee is then responsible to pay any invoices for goods or services that are purchased for use by the campaign.
