Performance Based Pay

Requires that half of future pay increases to government employees go into a Performance Fund to be allocated to employees by formula based on improvements in satisfaction with the services provided by the Agency they work for. Set aside 5% of the Fund to cover independent administration of customer satisfaction surveys.
