Four Californians allows counties that border Nevada, Arizona and Oregon to determine which state they wish to affiliate. The idea is simple. The counties that border neighboring states have the right vote to succeed from California and join that state. Current redistricting produces more extreme views by placing office holders in areas where they are protected from election challenges. My proposal would be to have 3 proposals drawn up by Redistricting Panels" made up of professors in the field of mathematics. Mandatory redistricting criteria would produce fair districts. The California Redistricting Commission (CRC) cut up cities left and right, and often denied public input.
